A peaceful, reliable place to stay with family. The staff were polite and cooperative, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I had an excellent stay at Hotel Devkinandan.

The service staff were good, but the hotel’s own reception confirmed it’s a local hotel and can’t provide basics like clean washrooms or an electric kettle. There were spiders in the room, and the wallpaper was torn. It’s a decent boutique hotel, but calling it three-star feels misleading.

Check-in after booking through MakeMyTrip (MMT) was smooth and hassle-free, and the friendly, polite, helpful staff made the stay comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained, with water available 24/7. Hotel Devkinandan is in a central, convenient part of Dwarka, about 2 km from Dwarkadhish Temple. A clean, comfortable stay for the price, especially if you’re visiting Dwarka.

There’s no dedicated parking, so you have to leave your car on the street at your own risk. Our overpriced “Family Room” was in awful shape, with a collapsing POP ceiling and cockroaches. The staff seemed indifferent to guest comfort, and the service was unconcerned despite the high demand in Dwarka. They’ve built the hotel but don’t seem to know how to maintain it. Look for a better-kept place near Gomti Ghat.

Very poor service at Hotel Devki Nandan in Dwarka. One staff member, Rohan, was especially disappointing, speaking rudely to guests and acting unprofessionally.
