The hygiene was poor, and the hotel didn’t provide basic items like a toothbrush. When I asked reception, they just said, “Sorry sir, hamare yaha aisa system nahi hai.” That says a lot about the service. The food was also expensive for what you got, ₹100 for a very small aloo paratha. It wasn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

For 3500 Rs/- a night, this felt more like a 700/- Re room. The room, bathroom, and accessories were broken, and the reception Uncle answered people very rudely. Tourists should check the room before booking.

The staff offered no help when the road to the hotel was blocked by construction, and I nearly missed my flight. Their attitude was basically that it was my problem. They also put food on my bill that I never ordered, which felt dishonest. The room smelled bad and hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the toilet seat and jet spray were broken. Even after I reported the broken door lock, nobody fixed it. The service and management were awful. One of my worst stays, and I’d tell people to pick somewhere else.

When I called after booking online, where the price shown was ₹1500, staff said I’d lose my money and wouldn’t get a room unless I paid ₹3500. They were extremely rude. It felt like an attempt to squeeze extra money from outsiders and pilgrims. Hotel Dwarkesh, Dwarka is a black mark on the name of Dwarkadhish ji. Don’t trust them or book here.

The best part for us was seeing the Dwarkadhish Temple straight from our room. Hotel Dwarkesh is new and has a lift, Wi-Fi, parking, and hot water. I’d been looking for a clean, decent place near the temple and had a pleasant stay. Jai Dwarkadhish
