The bedsheet was torn and the door wouldn't latch properly, so I can't recommend staying here. The only reason I'm giving three stars is Mr Jain of Shivpuri, who was somewhat helpful.

The staff were responsive, cooperative, and well behaved, and the AC worked. But the room itself was untidy and in a pathetic state, with dirty pillows. The door lock was broken, and they didn't give us any keys.

I booked a room through Goibibo, but when I arrived the hotel said they had no rooms for us and told me to contact Goibibo. Locals told me this happens pretty often. The service was pathetic, and the rooms were unhygienic. Don't ever book here.

The room service was good and everyone was good, but parking is a problem.

I've never had a worse hotel, service, or location. Please don't ever go here.
