The Dwarika Hotel

The hotel sits right by the highway, and Dwarkadhish temple is about a 15-20 minute walk away. For a budget family stay, I’d recommend it. Room condition, service, food quality, and ambiance were all very good. The restaurant prices are a little high, but the food tastes good. It’s a 3-star budget hotel that gives a better stay than I’d expect in its class.

The restaurant was good, with decent food and quick service from its staff. The hotel's location is good too. But the property is run down and needs a deep clean. Our room was dirty, with a broken, filthy window covered in pigeon and crow droppings. The pigeon smell was getting into the room. When we asked to move, the manager shouted at us and called us names. The front desk staff were extremely rude as well, and we were very dissatisfied with the manager and owner's attitude and service. The rooms had an unpleasant smell, the beds were too soft and uncomfortable, and the bathrooms smelled bad. The shower pressure, though, was excellent.

Breakfast and dinner were served as a buffet, with hot, freshly prepared food. The staff were polite and helpful, and the property was well maintained.

We were three people staying for two days and one night, but the staff charged us extra for bedding for two nights. They also took payment through the staff member's own GPay. Perhaps management doesn't know about this scam, but it seems the staff member is using the hotel's name to line his own pocket.
