Aura One Hotel

The room had no windows at all, and I had trouble breathing in it. It felt like a basement with no air. For the same price, I could have had much better service elsewhere, and a room at this price should at least have a window. The place also looked nothing like the photos, and the receptionist was unfriendly. I felt very uncomfortable and wouldn't book again. After checkout, nobody asked whether my stay was okay or if I'd enjoyed it. Instead, staff immediately demanded that I receive a link by email and write a positive review. I found that cheeky, especially without first checking whether I was satisfied. Save your money and choose a good quality hotel for the same price instead of the Aura One Hotel.

Karthika and Shahul at reception, thanks for all your help. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the service was great. The location near Lulu was convenient too. We had an excellent stay and would gladly come again. See you next time ❤️

I was here for five days for personal reasons. The location is hard to beat, with Lulu Mall and the Metro station just a short walk away. At Aura One Hotel Edappally, the rooms were modern, quiet, and very clean, making it a great base for shopping or business in Kochi. Highly recommended!

I paid 4000 for a night and had an unacceptable stay. We travelled a long way, then spent five hours without even getting a room to stay in, as they moved us through three different rooms in a day because there was no air conditioning and the sheets were so dirty. They didn't wash the sheets, there were stains, the AC barely worked, and one floor was broken. I wouldn't bring my parents here looking for a clean, nice room. The management was awful and unfriendly. The manager wouldn't answer calls, and the staff seemed unconcerned once they had our money. I've never stayed in a hotel like this before, and I can't understand how it got a 4star hotel title. The worst experience of my life. I would never return.
