There are trees around the property, which gives it a nice feel despite the busy city setting. The rooms have AC and a water heater, and parking is okay. Room cleanliness could be better, though. There are plenty of nearby hotels with good food. I saw birds kept in cages, which was upsetting. Room service is only available for basic needs, with no extra service.

Manoharan was very helpful and communicated well, even at night. The stay had a good atmosphere, and its location within the township worked well.

The room itself was decent, and the ambience was really lovely. I paid ₹1500+, though, which felt steep. On arrival, the front desk attitude, especially over the phone, was disappointing. They seemed uninterested and didn’t respond well to other guests’ questions. By morning, the staff were much more courteous and helpful. The place has potential, but the service and pricing need work.

The only thing that looked fine was the ambience from outside. Inside, the rooms were in terrible shape and clearly neglected. Staff kept saying to complain to the property owner because they were “just a staff.” The security was arrogant too, and I had to open and shut the gate myself each time. They advertise complimentary water but charged me cash for it, and when my wife asked for a bottle because she was thirsty, nobody bothered to give her one. I’ve never seen such inhuman treatment at a hotel. The people running the property were old, with the same rude, careless attitude, and there was no sense of hospitality. Don’t waste your money here; they don’t understand basic customer service.
