We made a last-minute choice because this was the only hotel with accommodation available. The location is very good, and there’s parking. It was a comfortable stay, though the furniture and bathrooms have a vintage feel that took me back to the 1980s. There’s no restaurant, and food is brought from elsewhere, so orders need to be placed 45-60 minutes ahead.

Mr. Imran, the owner, was kind, approachable, and always ready to help. He personally checked that guests were comfortable and looked after, which made us feel welcome. Kaveri Comfort Inn is also easy to reach from the main junction, so getting around was hassle-free. Our stay was very pleasant, with neat, clean, well-maintained rooms and surroundings, and good hospitality throughout. It offers good value for money, with friendly service and a comfortable, budget-friendly atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff speak rudely when you call to ask whether rooms are available. They seem to know only how to shout, and they cut the call without answering. Don’t call them or go there. I could give it zero stars. 😡

Before booking, I saw a lot of dead insects in the bathroom and some in the main room too. The cleanliness problem was serious enough that staying there wasn’t possible.

The hotel is clean, the transport situation is very good, and the staff behaviour was good too. I don’t know why people leave bad reviews. Seeing them had made me reluctant to go, but I found it very good.
