Breakfast was great, and the whole place felt peaceful, almost like staying in a village. I was there with my family, and opening the window in our room gave us a lovely view of the big lake. It was so relaxing, I’d come back for the fresh air and quiet. Thanks to Chetta and chechi for the service 🙏🏻

We came for the Ayurveda massages and they added a lot to the chance to unwind. Vishram is a lovely spot for switching off, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. We stayed three nights. It’s about a 10-minute drive from Varkala cliff, so there are plenty of places to eat nearby by car. I’d definitely recommend it.

The backwaters are close by, and both the room and the surroundings are lovely. It was a calm, pleasant stay in Varkala. Getting to the beaches and other sights takes some travel, though. Auto rides can get very expensive here, so I’d plan ahead and rent a scooter.

The staff were so polite and accommodating, and the rooms were kept really neat. I came to Vishram village in Varkala with friends, and we had a superb stay. The property and its ambience are both very good. I’d gladly recommend it to family and friends.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well cared for, with rustic charm alongside modern comforts. Staff were friendly and ready to help, and the place felt like a home away from home. A relaxing nature break, whether you’re there for wellness or just to unwind by the water.
