Hotel Grand Arya

Parking was awful, with no proper setup or help, and the hotel lets people it knows hold parties in rooms and smoke in the corridors. That made the place disruptive and unpleasant, especially for families. My room smelled bad, and I found rat droppings folded inside the old blankets. The hotel’s cleanliness was unacceptable, with mosquitoes in the room and repellents that did nothing. Bathroom fixtures were discolored and outdated as well. This doesn’t live up to its claimed 3-star rating. It’s misleading, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families or anyone expecting a decent stay.

Parking was a problem, and the room had insects and smelly bathrooms. Service was poor, and the staff were impolite.

The prominent central location is the only reason to consider staying here. The rooms were awful, there was no sign of cleaning, the linen was dirty, and reception was bad. I can’t name a single good point. I wouldn’t stay here alone or with family.

Really enjoyed the visit. Nice experience, and the food was delicious.
