Capital O 23079 Ajantha Regency

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were especially friendly and accommodating. There are a few small maintenance issues, but they didn’t take much away from the positive stay. Good value for the price.

The room was very clean, though there was a lot of dust under the bed that wasn’t easy to spot. The plug points were all problematic, and there was a smell of drinks near the lift. Still, none of that affected the stay. I’d first wondered if the bar would make this unsuitable for families, but it’s separated from the residential area, so there’s no issue with staying as a family. Those are my questions about the three-star rating. Enjoy your stay.

The rooms were neat and sanitized, but after booking through OYO I was surprised by the standards. The geyser didn’t work for four days, and I had to ask before they provided a brushing kit. Wi-Fi barely reached the room. Breakfast was only two items, the tasty main dish and bread with butter, with no fruit. If all you need is a place to sleep and you don’t mind no hot water, weak Wi-Fi, or just ok service, this may be fine.

The property is nice, and the staff are awesome, loyal, and helpful. The room was spacious and fully furnished. The weak point was maintenance and cleanliness, and the operation needs improvement. Breakfast needs work too. They served only one item, and should at least add an omelet and bread.
