I booked four rooms based on the rating, but they were filthy and unhygienic. The bathroom was disgusting and poorly cleaned, and the toilet flush didn't work. When we raised it, staff were extremely rude and unprofessional instead of helping. The manager told us, "if you don't like it, then leave," which showed complete disrespect for customers. This was the worst hotel stay I've had. Stay away unless you want to waste money and ruin your holiday.

The hotel and Booking.com both gave me a really bad experience. My booking had been confirmed 1-2 days in advance, but I still wasn't allowed to check in because they said the hotel was overbooked. I saw a few families who arrived after me get rooms, so I suspect they may have sold them at a higher price then. I contacted Booking.com customer care and waited over 40 minutes. They only apologized and did nothing. Travelling with an infant and a 7 year old made finding another place very difficult. I would never book a stay through Booking.com again.

The stay was fine and the room was comfortable, but it was disappointing that they didn't provide drinking water.

The location was good and the rooms were large, but service was poor and the place was far too expensive. The rooms were dirty, as were the sheets, covers, and towels. Basic things like water, tissues, and a kettle weren't provided, and the TVs didn't work. The toilets were awful, with a broken pot and dirty surfaces. Dim lights made the whole room feel depressing. During our stay, the rooms weren't properly cleaned. I wouldn't recommend it.
