The hotel felt like a home away from home, thanks to the warm, caring hospitality. Special thanks to the owner, who was clearly thoughtful. They also gave us free breakfast, which you don’t get at other hotels at this price. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great amenities, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. Joel and the front desk team made check-in welcoming and kept things comfortable and stress-free. Housekeeping was fantastic too, keeping my room spotless and refreshed each day. An incredible stay at Aramam executive, 6/5 stars. Thanks to the whole team. I can’t wait to return, and highly recommend Aramam.

I’m writing this after some time, but my stay was disappointing. The room was unclean and the facilities weren’t up to standard. Staff didn’t cooperate and gave inadequate answers when I raised concerns. Cleanliness and maintenance need attention, and the experience fell short of what I expected. I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve so future guests have a more comfortable, well-maintained place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay, and the staff were very cooperative. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Ernakulam South railway station and next to the Metro station. They also offer concessions to defence personnel and people with chronic diseases. Thanks a lot, please keep it up. God bless.

My OYO booking was confirmed, but when I arrived at midnight with my family and children, the hotel manager refused to give us a room and rejected the booking. I had to find another hotel myself in the middle of the night. It was a very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. The atmosphere didn’t feel suitable for families or decent people. Stay away and stay safe.

I booked an AC room through oyo, but when we arrived they said only non-AC rooms were available. The room they gave us wasn’t suitable for a family, and the bathroom was dirty. They had said parking was available, but there was no parking and we were left struggling. What you see online doesn’t match reality. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family.
