Evershine Residency

I travel from Banglour to ekm often and stay here because the rooms are budget friendly. The reception staff behave well, and the rooms feel very safe. The upkeep of the rooms and toilets needs to improve, though, and there’s an issue with the bathroom.

The room was dusty and the walls were dirty. The mirror was broken, and the plug didn’t work. It wasn’t clean.

The bathrooms were extremely dirty and cramped, and the service was very average. We raised the issue at reception, but they showed little interest in dealing with it. The hotel as a whole wasn’t clean. There was a strong smoking smell on the first floor, and at night the corridors echoed with guests talking.

I stayed one day with two friends for work. At check-in, I told the receptionist I needed a bill with GST. But at checkout, she said the extra-bed amount I’d paid couldn’t be included on the bill. I’d never had that happen before. The rooms also smelled bad, and the hospitality was very poor. They should get better people for this job.
