The staff at The paradise inn residency were welcoming and friendly, and both the room and spotless bathroom were clean and comfortable. They also responded quickly whenever I had a question or request. My stay went smoothly from arrival to departure, and I’d book here again without hesitation if I’m in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

When I checked in after booking through the OYO app, the staff asked me to pay extra on top of what I’d already paid there. They were rude and treated me like they were giving out rooms for charity. The property looked nothing like the pictures. It felt like a trash warehouse. FRAUDS. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

The room was tiny, with barely enough space to walk, and the location was also awful. Service was terrible, and the room was the worst. They charged more than the price shown on OYO and didn’t provide basic things like a TV or soap. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We arrived to find there was no electricity, then spent two hours waiting. The manager refused to refund us and had a very bad attitude. The Oyo price was 650, but he took 1000 rupees from us, saying it was his property. He was drunk too. Avoid this place.

When I got to the hotel after booking through Oyo, I was told I had to pay another 1000 rupees because it was his property. He also used abusive language. It felt like a fraud, and from the reviews it seems many people had run into the same problem before. I’d avoid this hotel.
