I found this place through OYO, where an air-conditioned triple room was often listed at about ₹700-900 a night, sometimes with offers. It's around 4-5 km from Kochi city centre, with Ernakulam Railway Station, Cochin Shipyard about 1.6 km away, Kerala Folklore Museum, and Willingdon Island within reach. Some guests like the rates and location, and a few call it cheap and best for a one-night stay. But complaints about stained sheets, dirty bathrooms and cramped rooms come up often. People also mention rude reception, extra charges at check-in, and room quality that doesn't match the price. Ratings seem to vary from about 1.5 to 3.3 out of 5 depending on the platform. The usual room is a triple, around 9 sqm for the Classic option. Listings mention air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, room service, a geyser, daily housekeeping and backup power, as well as parking, a 24-hour desk, luggage storage, toiletries and laundry service.

We had a nice stay. The room was good and the atmosphere peaceful, but the lady manager was a bit rude. During check-in she gave us a long lecture about morality, when she should have spoken to customers more politely. Otherwise, they may lose their ratings.

The bathroom was tiny and full of snails, and the buckets and cups needed cleaning. Staff didn't take the garbage out regularly. I was unhappy with the service too, the staff should speak more politely.

The rooms are comfortable and nice for the price. I would've given five stars, but the woman at reception didn't seem very welcoming.
