As a woman traveling alone, safety matters to me. I felt secure here thanks to well-lit hallways, secure access and a calm atmosphere, and the property was quiet enough for a peaceful night. My room was spotless, well maintained and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I spent one night here and had a great experience. I'd happily come back and recommend it to other solo travelers.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the location near Marine Drive is great. Staff were helpful, and breakfast service was very good, with good quality and taste. I was disappointed there was no room service, though. Also, I had a room beside the lift, where the constant noise was irritating.

Even with the hotel's central location, the area around it was remarkably calm. We heard no street noise and had no pollution bother us during our stay. The Suite Room was exceptionally spacious, clean and well maintained, which made it a comfortable, high-end stay. There was plenty of room to relax. Highly recommended if you want a quiet night's sleep and a large, clean living space.

The rooms could use an update, and they feel a bit expensive in their current condition. Still, the staff and reception delivered excellent five-star service, and the location is great for exploring the area. Good value overall if service and location matter more to you than modern rooms.

Easy to get around from here, and I felt safe traveling solo. The place was very clean, the staff were cordial and multilingual, and I was happy with the service overall.
