The location is good, and the Wi-Fi was very fast. Staff weren’t especially professional, though they did try to help. The room cleanliness was below average, and mosquitoes were a big problem. Power cuts took around 20 minutes to resolve, even at night, and I don’t think they switched on the generator. Breakfast came in limited portions and didn’t feel worth even 50 rupees. The TV only picked up a few free channels, not the ones I wanted.

The hotel’s website photos and the actual place were far apart. My room was dusty and dirty, the cleaning seemed incomplete, the linen and bed cover hadn’t been washed, and there was a disgusting smell. I told the management, and they said all the rooms were like that and that I could stay if I wanted or check out. This was the worst experience for me. Please don’t book here.

For the price, the room was good, and the location worked well, near a shopping centre, cinema, and restaurants. Breakfast could be better. The staff seemed a little lost bringing it to our room, and all we got was plain bread and one boiled egg per person. There wasn’t even a toaster, so spreading hard butter on the very thin, soft bread was a challenge.

The young man at reception was helpful and even printed my admit card, so thanks to him. He was also handling the whole hotel by himself. There were no windows in the Deluxe room, and no water bottle or glass. Breakfast came wrapped in newspaper, without any plates, bowls, or spoons. The management really needs to hire more staff instead of leaving everything to one very young person.
