Hotel Mart View

We've stayed here several times, and each visit has been a lovely one. It's in a convenient spot, and the price feels affordable for the quality of service. The atmosphere was pleasant, the stay was comfortable, and the staff's hospitality was outstanding. My fiancé and I really enjoyed our time together here.

The little extras were thoughtful, especially the kettle, tea bags, and milk powder, which came in handy before check-out. The rooms and grounds are always well maintained, and we've had a comfortable stay each time we've visited Hotel Mart View. The staff are welcoming, polite, and professional. I didn't get the receptionist's name, but he was particularly courteous and made us feel valued. We'll be in Kochi until March and hope to stay here again. Thanks to the whole team for the hospitality. A bit more parking for guests would make the experience even better.

The location worked well for me since it's close to MG Road Metro, and the room was okay for a short visit. There was a lot of noise from someone, possibly a staff member or another guest, slamming doors throughout our stay. I also found the AC vents and the area behind the Television dusty. The Television and set top box were there, but most channels weren't available. The washbasin and closet had some damage too. None of that made the room unusable for a day, but cleaning and repairs need more attention.

The bathroom was clean and had a good water supply, with a shower and hot water. There was a cupboard for bags and clothes, plus a table that works for dining and a wooden bench if you don't want to sit on the bed. My only issue was that the bedsheets weren't clean.
