They told me the hotel was full and declined check-in, then tried to move me to another hotel, which I refused. After I argued, they offered a much smaller room in the same hotel for only two people, even though my booking was for triple occupancy. When I objected, they told me to complain to Make My Trip and said they couldn’t give me the room. The reservation had been made through Make My Trip 10-15 days earlier, for arrival today, 4th Dec. The 3-4 staff members there were very rude. Very bad experience. This hotel is a big fraud. Do not book here.

A proper dump. Cockroaches all over the room, damaged walls painted over, plumbing leaking onto the floor, and wires hanging out. It’s in a bad location. Avoid.
