The room we were given looked nothing like the photos or description. The windows were broken, the curtains rotten, the taps broken, and the room was extremely unhygienic. Its condition felt unacceptable and unsafe for guests. This property felt completely fake compared with its online listing. I consider the way it presents itself online misleading and feel customers are being cheated. I’m asking for strict action against the hotel and appropriate compensation or a refund.

The staff were polite and supportive, but that didn’t make up for the rooms. I saw three, and none were up to the mark. They were horrible, with lots of insects. There wasn’t an A/C remote, even though the reception operated it, so we had to call them every time we wanted the A/C turned on or off. Don’t book this for a great experience. It seemed suitable only for the ___________ purpose.

The staff were good, well mannered, and behaved properly. But the experience was still very bad because they didn’t provide food or the proper transfer facility described in the written policy on the MMT portal. If you’re booking with family, make sure to check this beforehand.

The rooms are clean and the service is nice. All the staff were very good, especially receptionist Azaz bhai, who is a really good person. Thank you!
