OYO 47704 East Inn

The rooms were dirty, the bathroom was awful, and this place didn’t feel safe for couples. I was even suspicious they might have cameras in the rooms. Don’t book through OYO. Once you arrive, they’ll say they no longer accept OYO bookings because they don’t have a tie-up, then ask you to cancel. They’ll check whether you’ve cancelled on their end, even though they’re still tied up with OYO, and then tell you to book again for more money. They’re cheating both OYO and customers. Don’t book this hotel.

The location is perfect for East patel nagar market, with good restaurants, ATMs, and all kinds of shops nearby. The metro station is about half a kilometre away, though parking nearby can be difficult. The staff are friendly and cleanliness is okay. East Inn is an okay kind of hotel.

The property and service were awful. The rooms weren’t clean, the switches were broken, the furniture was damaged, and neither the AC nor the refrigerator worked. They didn’t listen when I complained.

The restaurant is basically an abandoned underground tunnel, and there are only three or four staff members. The Wi-Fi connects but has no internet, and the water supply sometimes stops for no reason. One of the worst hotels in New Delhi. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because there’s nothing good about it.
