A Boutique Hotel View

The food is the kind where you can order anything and love it, and the staff are great at lifting your mood. OPO Hotels has such a comfy, welcoming vibe, almost like home. Everything felt on point, from cleanliness and service to the ambiance. Definitely coming back 😊

This was a corporate booking, and it was a really bad experience. The room they gave us had no telephone, and the geyser wasn't working. We reminded the staff several times, but they didn't seem bothered or helpful.

After several complaints, I was moved the next evening to the room I had originally booked. It had period stains all over the mattress, no cupboard, no towels or toiletries, and an AC that didn't work. Earlier, despite a confirmed booking through Goibibo for 30/08/2025 to 1/09/2025, I was told no room was available when I arrived. They arranged another property, but it had no Wi-Fi, geyser, towels, or toiletries, and it was a non-smoking room despite my request for smoking. I still had to pay for that substandard arrangement. A plumbing leak in the room damaged my laptop. I consider that the hotel's responsibility and demand compensation. A rat was also running around the room. I tried calling the front desk late at night, but nobody answered, which raised serious health and safety concerns. The amenities listed on Goibibo were misleading: no promised cupboard, non-functioning air conditioning, no Wi-Fi, and no basic hygiene provisions. To me, that's misrepresentation and fraudulent advertising. Staff were extremely rude and dismissive when I raised these problems, telling me, "This is a 3-star hotel, not a 5-star, don’t expect everything." That's unprofessional. I also tried repeatedly to contact Goibibo support through the app, but couldn't reach a human representative or properly register a complaint. Don't trust the positive reviews. I believe most are fake and posted by the hotel's own staff. This stay was deeply disappointing and unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 3-star.

It's near the airport, with tasty food and supportive staff. Our room and washroom were clean. Nice hotel.
