I booked through MakeMyTrip and arrived at your hotel at 10 PM. The manager flatly refused to let me check in, took an extra 2,000 rupees in cash, and spoke to me abusively. He also abused the OYO relationship manager in front of me. He said he'd turned away more than 20 people who came through online bookings. I had to check out early in that situation. If you're really sincere, refund the 2,000 rupees you took from me and the cash taken from all those other customers.
