FabHotel Urban Residency

I wouldn't stay here even for Rupees 500. The AC stopped working at 1 am, and when we asked for help, the staff and housekeeping boy were very rude. He nearly fought with us and spoke in a loud, abrupt tone. So ill-mannered. The room and bathroom were extremely dirty and unhygienic. The bed was uncomfortable, with springs sticking out. The AC kept failing, the TV shown in the pictures wasn't there, the wooden floor was broken and dirty, the fan was very noisy, some lights didn't work, and the pillow covers hadn't been washed. It felt awful spending even one night there. The price was much higher than what had been shown online and wasn't worth it. I think the owner has lost interest in running the hotel properly. They may not know that the reception and housekeeping staff are wrapped up in themselves and aren't looking after guests.

We stayed one night and had a completely bad experience. The rooms were unclean, the taps were broken, and one room didn't have a key. Soap and towels weren't brought on time, and after repeated requests the towels we got were dirty. The poor service made the already bad room conditions even worse.

I was redirected to another FabHotel in Gujranwala Town and made to pay ₹1800 extra. That room was dirty, unlike the pictures, and the staff were rude too. This happened after I arrived at FebExpress Roseman with an advance booking and ₹200 already paid, only for the staff to refuse me a room and treat me rudely. Nobody would help or speak properly. The whole thing was extremely disappointing and felt like a scam. I wouldn't recommend this hotel or FabHotels to anyone. Very misleading and unprofessional.

I booked a FabHotel in Ashok Vihar, but at the last moment they said there was an issue and assigned me this FabHotel Urban Residency instead. Check-in went smoothly, even though I arrived late at night. The room was unbelievably bad. For ₹1700, I wasn't expecting a five-star hotel, but I did expect a clean room. There was dust everywhere, unclean sheets and washrooms, a broken cupboard, and the TV and lights didn't work. The taps were rusty, and there was plenty more wrong. The receptionist said it was a new property built last month, which was ironic. If you want the worst hotel experience of your life, come here. I heard every FabHotel is like this. I'll never book a FabHotel or anything around it again.
