Townhouse Karol Bagh Formerly Hotel Unistar

I had to switch rooms three times in a single day, but each one was in the same poor condition. The mattress and blankets were dirty and unhygienic, hot water wasn't available, and basic utilities were missing. Cleanliness and maintenance were extremely low. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room and washroom were both unclean, and there was no hot water. After booking through oyo, the manager or owner demanded extra cash at check-in. We asked to change rooms after seeing ours, but were told it was the last room. They refused a refund, and since check-in was at 11 pm, we couldn't do anything. The worst experience. Don't choose this hotel.

I booked through agoda with the Pay at hotel option and had a confirmed booking id, but the hotel still refused to give us a room. The manager was extremely rude. I had to search for another hotel with my senior citizen parents, which made the situation embarrassing. They said they'd sold all the rooms, claimed online bookings didn't matter, and even dared us to ask agoda and booking.com to fine them. The worst experience. This hotel is a scam.

The pillows were dirty, and the hygiene was poor throughout. Neither the room nor reception area was clean, and the property wasn't maintained properly. A really sad, unpleasant experience. Not recommended.
