Sarla Hotel Inn

Even a basic dental kit never arrived, so after several follow-ups with no response, I ordered one online myself. The rest of the service was just as poorly handled: for simple requests I had to call reception at least 5-6 times, and each time it took around 1 to 1.5 hours despite repeated reminders. When I called again, staff didn’t seem to know what I’d asked for before. The room also felt dirty when I checked in and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It was a very inconvenient stay, and I expected better basic hospitality from a hotel.

There was a constant bad smell, and with almost no ventilation the tiny room felt stifling. There was barely any room to move around. The stay was disappointing and didn’t live up to what the listing led me to expect. I hope management improves the room conditions.

The rooms were clean and good, but breakfast was a letdown. There were few choices, the same ones every day, and even those weren’t prepared well. I asked for eggs instead of that awful breakfast and was refused. They had a different excuse each day for not serving eggs. I’d recommend changing the staff and chef.

Mahesh was polite and helpful, always ready to assist, and his service made my stay comfortable. I had a great experience at Hotel Sarla Inn, Noida, and really appreciated his help.
