During our four days there, the power could be cut while we were using the hall, and guests were left without electricity for hours. The electricity management was poor, and service was too. We had to ask for room cleaning and then wait hours for it. They gave us just one free bottle of water on the first day. The staff weren’t trained, and the owner was rude as well. They don’t know how to talk to paying clients who’ve worked hard for their money and still aren’t getting proper facilities. It was overpriced and poor value. If you’re booking for a marriage function, don’t waste your time or money here. I’d give it zero stars if that were an option.

The electricity meters seemed inadequate for the whole building’s load, which caused inconvenience during our staycation. We also didn’t get the complimentary water bottles each day. The cleaning staff appeared untrained. These issues need to be taken seriously to improve the guest experience.

Dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and a foul smell throughout made the cleanliness awful. The power kept going out with no backup, and the staff were rude and unprofessional, with no concern for guests’ comfort or complaints. I had the worst experience at Hotel Vanila and wouldn’t recommend it. It felt like a total scam and wasn’t worth a single rupee. Stay far away if you value your peace of mind and money.

The hotel was hygienic and really clean. The bedsheet was properly clean too, and the staff were polite and responsible.
