Getting to the railway station or airport transport was easy, and there were food and shopping options nearby. The staff were polite, the rules were flexible, and it felt family friendly. A decent stay for a reasonable price.

I cancelled after learning what the hotel was like, since it didn’t seem suitable for a family. I’d booked a family room without knowing the environment beforehand. The staff refused to return any of the advance I’d paid, and their behavior was so bad I’m at a loss for words. It felt like a C-grade place, basically the sort of hotel you’d get with OYO Rooms.

They quote one rate when you book, then give you a completely different price afterward. It was the worst experience I’ve had. Look around first, there are plenty of hotels with better prices that won’t cheat you like this.
