Santosh Ji is the floor captain I'd ask for. He comes running whenever you need help, though one person can't make up for the whole team's shortcomings. Make sure every commitment is in writing, because verbal promises won't be kept. The food is the highlight, especially the vegetarian dishes, which I'd rate 5 out of 5. I can't speak to the nonveg. Service and commitment get 2.5 out of 5. If you want amazing food, it's worth a visit, but don't come expecting world class service. We booked a hall for a party with a few rooms for the day, and they moved us out of the room next to the hall, which was a big inconvenience. The toilets need work, while the bedrooms are basic but have a positive feel.

The bathrooms overflowed and smelled, the rooms were terrible, service was pathetic, and the food seemed dodgy. Staff often seemed clueless and didn't respond to anything. The AC vents looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 200 years. This hotel was a complete mess, easily the worst I've stayed in. Don't even think about it.

Plastic pieces were floating in the cream of mushroom soup I ordered. I was alarmed and disappointed. This is a serious health and safety hazard, and completely unacceptable for a food establishment. If someone swallowed plastic without noticing, it could cause serious harm. It makes me question the kitchen hygiene, quality control, and food safety standards. Please be extremely cautious if you order here and check your food before eating. Restaurants need to take full responsibility for customer safety. I hope management treats this seriously and puts strict food safety measures in place going forward.

My client booked her function at this horrible place, where I was supposed to perform live singing. The sound system they provided was the worst imaginable, and they charged a bomb for it. The washrooms were unclean too. Avoid at all costs.

I booked 2 rooms ahead of time and asked whether they needed an advance payment. They told me my ID alone was enough to reserve them. But when I arrived to stay, they said there was no booking and no rooms available.
