The AC is controlled at reception, and they switch it off whenever they want. The rooms are dirty, smell bad, and the staff are extremely rude. Avoid this place. You can find a much better hotel in the same area, just check Google for suggestions.

Please avoid staying here. The staff are rude and misbehave with women. The rooms, towels, and bedsheets aren’t clean, and there’s no warm water in the bathroom. Staff control the AC and turn it off whenever they like. This place isn’t safe for women.

The room was filthy, the beds were dirty, and the AC was covered in dust. The staff were rude and had no manners. In the middle of the night I woke up to find the AC wasn't working. When I asked about it, they said they switch it off at night, and that I could either accept that or check out. The geyser wasn't working in the morning either, and I got the same response. They also ask for extra money if you book through an app. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to avoid ruining your vacation. I’ve added photos showing the condition of the room and beds, and the dust on the AC. With facilities like these, how could someone not get sick? One of the worst stays I’ve had.

I booked through Agoda, but when I arrived they wouldn't give me a room unless I paid extra. A terrible hotel.
