Hotel D-Dreamz Suites

The lift was tiny, and the exposed electrical switches made it feel unsafe and outdated. It was claustrophobic and seemed dangerous, especially given the high prices. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable, and I wish I could rate it below 1 star. My room was extremely small and uncomfortable to move around in. The windows were broken, the surroundings were filthy and unhygienic, and there were no basic things like a TV or even a dustbin. Bedsheets and blankets were stained, worn out, and clearly not maintained. Staff were rude and unhelpful, with no concern for guests. They seemed indifferent instead of addressing problems. The hotel appears to take advantage of people visiting the nearby hospital. Many guests are probably already stressed, yet it charges high rates for substandard, almost inhumane conditions instead of offering comfort. I strongly advise people to avoid it. There are better, safer, and more ethical options.
