The online amenities and photos didn’t match the room we found, and the ratings and reviews look highly questionable. I’m uploading photos as proof so management can’t deny what happened. Please don’t trust the ratings without checking for yourself. This stay was a waste of money. The room had broken glass and dirty furniture. Dust covered the fan and switchboards, which made it clear the rooms weren’t being cleaned properly. The bedsheets and comforter covers were extremely dirty, and it didn’t feel safe to sleep in that bed. The headboard was broken and poorly maintained, and the washroom smelled awful, like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was no power backup. When the power went out, we sat in complete darkness for almost 20 minutes, with no inverter or generator. The landline didn’t work either, so for every little request we had to walk to reception. This property does not maintain basic hygiene or amenities.

Mr. Kumar made my early morning airport trip much less stressful by arranging transport, and everything was perfectly on time. He went above and beyond, and the rest of the staff were helpful and polite too. The room was impressive, very clean and surprisingly spacious, and made for a relaxing break after a long travel day. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the spotless bathroom had hot water whenever I needed it. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay and excellent service in Paharganj.

The management seemed indifferent to complaints. When problems came up, they offered empty apologies and half-hearted excuses instead of taking real steps to fix anything. It was clear guest satisfaction wasn’t a priority. The poor service and lack of accountability made the stay extremely disappointing and not worth the money. I’d strongly advise others to avoid this place.

A very nice place, cheap and clean, and the staff are friendly. Jatan the manager is always there to help. One of the best places in the area, especially with so many dirty places around.
