Hotel Richmond Inn

We felt threatened and unsafe during our stay, and the experience was traumatic. My husband was nearly physically attacked by people connected to the hotel. The situation was handled aggressively and very poorly, with no effort to help us or protect guests. Nobody should have to fear for their safety where they're paying to stay. I strongly warn families and couples against staying here. If this happens to anyone, contact the police immediately.

Early in the morning, these people are bothering guests. The AC doesn't work, the washroom is unhygienic, and basic necessities aren't available, though they're willing to offer EXTRA service 👃.

We were strongly directed here by a local auto driver, and it seemed to us there was a commission arrangement behind the referral. It felt like guests were being charged extra to cover those kickbacks. The rate was far too high for what turned out to be a substandard, dirty motel presented as a decent hotel. This stay was a waste of money, and the experience felt like a scam: we paid too much and got shocking hygiene in return. The bathroom was especially bad, with grime on the tiles, mold in the corners, and fixtures that looked as if they hadn't been scrubbed in weeks. The room smelled damp and unpleasant. The place doesn't meet basic cleanliness standards, so the stay was deeply uncomfortable and concerning. One star 🙏🏻. If cleanliness and fair pricing matter to you, avoid this hotel.

No room service, no hot water, and no amenities. Staying here was a complete waste of money. My overall rating is 0. Don't stay here again.
