The room was on the third floor with no lift, something they didn’t tell us before check-in. There was also repair work going on, with a lot of noise and disturbance. The photos on the site showed a completely different room. The lighting was barely brighter than a bedside lamp, the AC was controlled at reception, the TV and plug points didn’t work, and there was no hot water or room service. I asked to change rooms, but they refused. They didn’t even provide information about the area around the hotel. One staff member took our mobile to look at the details and rating, then demanded that we give them 5 stars. Better to avoid this hotel. There are much better hotels near Pahari Gunj.

The photos don’t match what you get. My bed was broken, the TV had no channels, and the washroom was dirty. The pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket were all disastrously dirty. Beware.

The room looked different from the photos and was a little dirty, but the room service was extremely nice and prompt.

The room was clean, though it felt pretty dated. There was no geyser or toilet paper in the washroom, so for the price, I wouldn't recommend it. Just okay.

The washroom tap was broken, and neither the AC nor even the exhaust fan worked. Easily the worst place I've stayed.
