Getting around was easy, with markets and transport facilities close by. Breakfast was fresh and tasted great, and I was impressed by the food quality. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC and lights all worked perfectly. The staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help. I had a pretty good stay here, and it felt like good value for money. I'd recommend it if you're after a clean, comfortable, peaceful place.

The best thing about this place is its location. It's a small property with 7 or 8 rooms, and mine was clean and functional, though really compact. The walls are thin, so conversations at reception carry right into the room. My room was just past reception, with no way to bypass it, and the noise was constant. The manager spent the whole day taking staff and vendors to task, which I'm sure was justifiable, but I didn't want to hear every single thing.

Speaking from my own stay, the hygiene was unacceptable. The bathrooms were dirty, the sheets hadn't been changed from the previous guest, and we were handed used towels. Cleanliness overall was very disappointing, and the service was extremely poor. Please save your money and look elsewhere, even if the other place costs less.

A pleasant stay in a posh locality, with good food and polite staff. The market and metro were easy and quick to reach.

Customer service was really unparalleled, and they even helped late at night. The rooms were generally clean, bathrooms included. I had a great time here, with a good location, easy Metro links to other important parts of the city, and lots of eateries nearby.
