The bathroom is a little cramped and has no ventilation, but this worked well for a day visit. The place is close to MG Road Metro station, the AC works, and hot water is available all the time. Parking feels safe, though you need to check in early to get a spot.

The room itself was clean, but several things were in poor working order during my stay from May 9th to 10th. The fan kept turning off by itself, the AC barely cooled, and the washroom door wouldn’t lock, which meant no basic privacy. For what I paid, I expected much better maintenance.

The staff were very good and helpful, but we had to take our bags to reception ourselves and haul heavy luggage up the stairs. A dental kit is only available if you ask, and packaged drinking water costs extra. Dinner starts at 9 PM, which felt late, and there’s very little room in the shower area.

The manager was cooperative and behaved well. The service was good, and both the rooms and other facilities were good too.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. The rooms are poor, our AC didn’t work properly, the doors were damaged, and the toilets were horrible. We had to keep asking for amenities and WiFi, and they kept saying it would take two minutes. If you’re after a below average place, this is it.
