Check-in was badly disorganized. Even though we had booked well in advance, all the women, men, and kids were left waiting far too long. The staff's attitude showed little professionalism or training, and there was no sense of hospitality or respect for guests. The service and hygiene were completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others not to book here, as it doesn't meet even basic standards of guest service and courtesy.

We booked 3 rooms through cleartrip for 4 days, but were leaving on say one. A shower knob was broken, the corridor smelled of smoke, and the linens and towels weren't clean at all. The room quality was as poor as the price was low. Not recommended.

The room was neat and clean, and the stay was nice for a budget price. The management's unnecessary policies can really vex you, though. Apart from those policies, everything was 👍👍👍👍

Clean rooms, good staff, and a good fit for the budget. The only downside was the wifi, which was a bit slow.

A decent option for solo backpackers if you're looking for an average stay. The staff are really good, and it was worth the price. Close to kadavanthra metro station.
