The rain and last-minute changes could have thrown everything off, but the team stayed flexible and supportive throughout our wedding celebrations at Hotel North Seven, Kochi. Shibi O M patiently handled all the room assignments and changes, while Jibin and housekeeping kept the rooms comfortable and spotless. Ajith & Praveen from engineering quietly helped whenever something was needed. The meals were a real highlight, thanks to Chef Jinu Joy, and our guests are still talking about the flavours and presentation. Rajesh and the restaurant team were warm, attentive, and always ready before we had to ask. A special thank you to Thomas for leading everything with such calm and clarity. His reassuring presence made the planning and execution feel seamless. We’re truly grateful to Hotel North Seven for making the celebrations so warm and memorable. Highly recommended!

Getting around Kochi was easy from this location, with the railway station and other key spots within convenient reach. I stayed at Hotel North Seven for about four days, and the staff helped make it feel like home. They were welcoming, attentive, and happy to help even with small things. The food was fresh and flavourful, with a nice touch of authentic local taste. My room stayed clean, comfortable, and well looked after. It was a pleasant, easy stay, and I’d be glad to return on my next Kochi trip.

The hotel feels a little short on luxury compared with similar places, especially for one considered 4 star. Still, the room was a good size, neat, and had a good attached washroom. I had dinner at the 1st floor restaurant and enjoyed it. The complementary buffet breakfast there was also good and fresh.
