I came away feeling so much better after my treatment at Raha, with the pain nearly gone and improving every day. I spent 10 days there with a wonderful team of doctors and therapists who were caring and attentive to all my issues. The food was so good, and tailored to my health needs. I’m already planning to return next year. Thanks especially to Drs Anwar, Induja, Jiji, Jijil, Biju, Vyshna, Swatee, Fatima, Shanu, the nurse, the cook, and Alfie, one of the therapists, for making the stay so memorable. I’ve found a new family in Kerala to look after my health. God bless my Raha Family, and keep up your beautiful work. I think everyone should experience Raha Bamboo Lagoon.

I spent 15 days at this very good Ayurveda clinic in a peaceful villa compound by a quiet riverside. It’s surprisingly close to the city centre. The experienced staff were excellent, and I enjoyed having different good meals within the doctor’s specifications, which made my stay more pleasant as a foreigner. My thanks especially to Prof Nampoothiri, chief Physician Dr Anvar Bams, Dr Jijil, Dr Induja, and yoga Dr Shaniya.

After 31days of treatment for neck and lower back pain, the pain has almost vanished. The doctors listened very patiently, worked to find the root cause, and advised treatment accordingly. They were genuinely caring. The setting is lovely, green and near a lake, with pleasant, clean rooms and cooperative staff. My heartfelt thanks to the doctors. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for ayurvedic treatments.

I stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The property is amazing for rejuvenation, and the doctor gives you full attention. Food and service were excellent, and everyone was pleasant and happy to help. If you want pure ayurveda and a peaceful break, go for it.
