The bathroom was the one decent part, spacious and neat. The room itself smelled and was really bad, and after 8 the mosquitoes in Kochi will give you a massage all night. The staff and owner have a terrible attitude, kind of nuts. If you have a day off and want to sleep through the next morning, maybe take it. Otherwise, don't choose this place if you want better surroundings for your money.
There was no water, and the washroom had no mirror. The room itself was in very bad shape, making the whole experience disgusting. The management also demanded that I pay the coupon amount myself. I was in a hurry, so I paid the balance, then tried calling customer care and got no response.
We booked two rooms on the oyo app, but the receptionist wanted extra money for us to continue our stay. That felt ridiculous and like cheating. The rooms were poorly ventilated, with privacy risks too. I'd suggest looking at another hotel if you're staying in Kochi.
I arrived at midnight after booking through Oyo, and they charged me double. I'd give minus five stars if I could. Avoid this place, especially if you're arriving at night.
