The early morning swim was a highlight: the pool looks out over a panoramic valley and the surrounding hills, and the peaceful setting made it easy to unwind and feel close to nature. Our room was spacious, spotless, and equipped for a relaxing stay, and the housekeeping and property were very well maintained. The team’s care and attention made us feel welcome and looked after throughout. Staff were warm, professional, and attentive from the moment we arrived, making everything comfortable and hassle-free. Munnar Majestic Resort exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for lovely views, comfortable rooms, good facilities, and attentive service in Munnar, I highly recommend it. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to others.

Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and we had a wonderful time as a family. Karthik, the manager, was especially helpful and assisted us with every part of the visit. The kitchen team was flexible too, adjusting the food to suit our taste. The property is exceptionally well maintained and the hospitality was top-notch. Thanks for a memorable stay!

The location is in Anachal, 15 Km from Munnar, and some rooms are up an elevation, which could make getting around difficult for older people. We enjoyed the pool, though the toilet there wasn’t maintained. The bathrooms are old and stained in places. I mentioned this to the manager, who seemed keen to improve things. There’s a great view from the basic rooms, which have large glass windows, and the housekeeping and restaurant service are good enough that you can spend the whole day here. The food could be better, since they use a lot of spices even in basic dishes. Curtains split into two halves from the top would let you see the misty mountains from bed in the morning while keeping your privacy. Helpful staff and service earn it four stars from me.

The host helped us plan our trip by suggesting places to visit in the current season and sharing jeep safari contact details. The hospitality stood out throughout the stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and even though we returned late from sightseeing after dinner service had ended, they still arranged dinner for us. That was a thoughtful gesture after a long day of travel. Majestic Munnar is in a beautiful spot, and the rooms have amazing views. The food was really good, the amenities were well maintained, and the stay felt worth what we paid. We had a very pleasant, peaceful time last week, and I’d recommend it to anyone after a calm, comfortable stay in Munnar with scenic views and good hospitality.
