We had very good food at the restaurant, and the reception staff were courteous and helpful. The resort’s shared facilities were good, and the swimming pool was well maintained. It’s close to Mankulam, near Munnar, on a small hill amid cardamon plantations. The rooms were quite large and comfortable. My only complaint was that the complimentary items in the rooms weren’t supplied in sufficient quantities, so we had to ask several times for things we needed.

There’s an evening campfire, with light music and seating around it, which adds a warm, relaxing touch. The staff were polite and helpful. Rooms had comfortable beds, clean linen, good lighting, a TV, wardrobe, and seating area. The bathroom was clean and had essential toiletries. There’s a swimming pool and outdoor seating for relaxing. The resort offers a DJ rain dance and indoor games, but these could be improved for a more memorable experience. Overall, it’s a satisfactory option for a peaceful stay at a reasonable price.

I’ve stayed here for the second time in three years. It’s a great place for a relaxing vacation. The support staff are very good and always smiling. I’d highly recommend staying here at least once and seeing for yourself.
