The room was the real problem. The bathroom was tiny, there was no hot water, and there weren't even tea or coffee amenities. Cleanliness was worse: stained linens, a filthy pillow with heavy marks tucked under its case, and cobwebs beneath the table. The room and lobby lighting were very dim. The location earns 5/5, and housekeeping staff were helpful.

The room was cramped and unclean, and the bathroom was awful. It might do for one night if you have no choice, but it isn't worth more than that. The location is the strong point, close to Ernakulam Railway station, the metro and water metro stations, and Ernakulam Shiv temple.

Getting to Ernakulam Junction was easy, which mattered because I needed to catch a train there. The sightseeing spots around kochi are a bit far, though. Inside, our room had a lizard and didn't feel hygienic or clean. When we raised it, the staff weren't helpful and basically said a lizard in the room was no big deal. The mattress was in poor condition and much too stiff. A pretty clear example of what people mean by an OYO hotel.

The rooms were below average, so I'd say it's okay for just a night or two. Check the pillows and blankets before settling in. From outside, the hotel looks great, and it's near Meteo and the South Railway Station.

The room was tiny and full of mosquitoes, even with the AC on. It was awful. I switched rooms twice and still wouldn't recommend staying here.
