The rooms were fine and the showers were good, but I'm disappointed with the service at a place that claims to be 5 star. It took about an hour for basic dal and rice to arrive through room service. At 10.45, we asked for the buffet and the manager said it was closed, even though reception said billing only closes at 10.59. None of the hotel restaurants are an option after 11. The stay wasn't bad overall, but guests won't return in numbers unless service improves.

The rooms were well appointed, with fresh, neat linen and great sleep quality. Front desk and housekeeping were friendly and responsive. Breakfast and dinner buffets and the ala-carte menus had a wide selection of delicious, well presented food, and Sous chef Shibu managed a top-notch restaurant experience. The whole atmosphere felt joyful and welcoming, with every support team doing their best. Thanks so much, keep up the good work. God Bless you all!

The venue and food were lovely, but Anangha and Shamil’s care really made our son’s third birthday celebration a success. We had 40 guests at Olive Downtown, and the reception team kept everything comfortable and running smoothly. Anangha and Shamil were welcoming, professional, and attentive. They anticipated what our guests needed and gave everyone personal attention. We’re very grateful for their excellent service, and would recommend Olive Downtown for celebrations.
