Helpful staff and a good location. The property itself is decent enough.

Their private taxi fares for nearby outstations are very high. They should bring them closer to taxi aggregator prices, or only a little higher, which could help their travel business.

The location is convenient, close to the south railway station and MG rd, though there isn’t much room to park a car. Rooms are neat and good, the lift works, and the building has fire and safety features. The bathrooms are only okay, and hot water is available at inconvenient times.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were good. I also liked the complimentary breakfast, pantry, free WiFi, drinking water, and the lift. There’s no in-house restaurant, but MG ROAD and Central mall are both an easy walk away, and food can be delivered to the room through zomato or swiggy. The place is wheelchair accessible and sits in a calm, quiet area. Cabs can have trouble finding it since it’s on a narrow street, and parking is limited.

The room was fine, and they offer TV, AC, parking, laundry, freewifi, and geaser. They seem short on staff, though. We had a smell from the waste basket for at least two days, possibly because it was the off season. They did give us a discount.
