The location worked really well, with major attractions and plenty of cafes just a short walk away, and parking was easy and reasonably priced. Inside, my room was spotless, especially the bathroom, and the king-size bed was super comfortable. Wi-Fi was fast too. Check-in took less than five minutes, and the front desk staff greeted me by name. One of the best hotel stays I’ve had.

Right in the middle of the city and very near Ernakulam south Railway station, the location is great. The rooms were clean, and every staff member gave very good service.

The place may look nicer in the photos, but the service and complimentary breakfast were awful. They didn’t really serve breakfast, just cold dosas with chutney and tea or coffee. Even if you only need somewhere to rest, I’d keep this as a last option.

LALTU is especially full of energy. He greets guests with a big smile and keeps that same energy from morning to evening. He’s quick to help, too. The hospitality is really nice.
