Best for a marriage reception.

The food was OK, but the stay felt overrated. The rooms are old, and the corridors smell of cigarette smoke. The interiors, including the passageways to the rooms, look shady and dated. There are definitely better hotels in Bilaspur.

There’s a lot of space on the premises, with a music club, restaurant, spa, kids zone, and fun water park all under one roof. The staff are friendly and polite, and they go out of their way to meet requests and needs.

There’s plenty of room for parking and celebrations, and being right on the main road is a plus. The gardens and location are good, and the buildings look superb. There’s also a spa, club, and water park for enjoyment. It was a nice time here. Food service was less satisfactory because staff took too long to clear empty meal bowls. The banquet hall also isn’t good for more than 200 people.
