The room itself is okay inside, but people talking or gossiping in it can easily be heard by others. The building's surroundings aren't good, it's under construction or renovation, and there is no security guard. The ground and first floors are used by others for something like a godown or office, while reception is on the fourth floor. Anyone can reach your door without hindrance and without reception knowing. A manager asked guests to pay extra even when they had only come to meet or drop off someone staying there, and had no manners when speaking. The first impression was very poor. If security isn't an issue for you, it may be okay, but families should decide for themselves.
