Oyo 17072 Meridian Regency

The receptionist was kind, arranged parking, and helped me as much as he could. That's the only reason for the two stars. There was no parking space at first, and the view beside my room was awful, as shown in the photos. The whole room was damp when I arrived, including the doormat, and felt like a dungeon. I booked through OYO Rooms, and I'd be cautious about any OYO room under 1,000 rupees a day. Still, I had no trouble because my schedule meant I only needed somewhere to sleep. There weren't any good hotels nearby, but I managed to get food from a decent roadside eatery.

The rooms were clean and good, the washrooms were clean too, and the staff were cooperative with visitors. There's decent room space, and it felt like a safe and comfortable place to stay at a low price when booked online through the official OYO website. It is near Ernakulam KSRTC and Ernakulam Jn railway station, with good transport connections.

The staff on duty made my check-in smooth when there was a problem with Oyo's backhand office. He gave me the room keys and said he'd sort it out with Oyo. The staff were good, and the hotel is well placed for travellers, near both the Ksrtc bus stop and the railway station. I'd definitely recommend it. Best wishes.

The staff were very supportive and helpful, and I was glad to stay at this wonderful hotel. Thanks so much. I recommend it to everyone if they want the same experience, and I look forward to staying there again in the near future.
