Finding the building was a terrible experience, and there's no Oyo sign anywhere. Inside, the rooms don't look like the photos, the bedsheets are poor and untidy, and the bathroom has neither a shower nor a hand shower. Staff behavior was bad, and nobody is at reception unless you call them each time. One of the worst Oyos in town.

It was raining when we arrived at 3 am with my family, and they wouldn't give us a room unless we paid extra. I had booked through oyo, but they still charged more. Oyo customer care didn't help either, so I had to accept the extra charge and take the room.

The caretaker later showed me room 109, but there was a lizard by the bed, so I had to leave and get a refund of 668. It started in room 106, which was close to the staircase and full of flying cockroaches, with a lizard as well. When I called the manager, all I got was “let me see.” The caretaker came but was scared to remove them. While cleaning, we realized the cockroaches were coming in from the back staircase area. Very bad hospitality and customer service.

We had already paid for an AC room, but when my family and I arrived at night, they wouldn't provide one. The owner and staff were rude and wouldn't let us stay at all, so we had to find somewhere else very late.
